History and Growth
Founded in 2000 by Alessandro Fracassi and Marco Pescarmona, the company represents a business case of a startup which became the first fintech unicorn in Italy.
Listed on Italian Stock Exchange since 2007, the company was born from the intuition of the two founders to launch the first online mortgage broker in Italy, followed by the strategic vision to expand the business to the outsourcing. Since its foundation, the company had the clear mission to be the most innovative financial services company capturing the opportunities stemming from the evolution of the underdeveloped Italian retail credit market, leveraging on technology, operational excellence, independency and superior execution.
